Why is a hard reset necessary?
Here are some reasons:
- The logo freezes or the main menu (home screen) is not accessible;
- A crash or error occurred while uninstalling the default Android Phone apps that turned out to be important for running processes on Android;
- Force closes are often encountered when running certain applications, for example, the keyboard does not appear when typing, unless it is a weak eMMC problem;
- Affected by viruses, malware or adware and even affected;
- I forgot my pattern / PIN / lock screen.
What happens after a hard reset Android phone?
- Phone should work properly again unless the hardware is damaged;
- Installed applications are automatically removed;
- All contacts will be lost if not synced with Google account;
- Data stored in the internal memory, such as music, videos, documents and other data, will be lost, but the data in the external memory will remain safe.
